Pika
This gallery features the pika, a "lagomorph" related to rabbits and hares.  Pika live at high altitude in rock falls.  They do not hibernate, so all summer they collect grasses, lay them out to dry, then store them in their burrows to eat over the long winter.  They are very vocal too, their call "meeeeeep" is often heard n the mountains.
